Tumbling is a wonderful tool to build confidence & discipline through multifaceted movements, increasing self-esteem & improving coordination. Within class you explore movement through tumbling, becoming aware of your body & its capabilities, allowing you to develop spatial awareness & strengthen fundamental motor skills for all physical pursuits.
Tumbling teaches life skills & develops healthy bodies & stronger minds that become better wired for academic success. Stronger core muscles will enable students to sit upright longer, which will enhance attention span. They will learn how to show respect for others’ personal space as the result of increased self-awareness. These are all skills that will affect students’ lifelong ability to learn & interact with others.
